General Questions:

1. Are odd shaped banner advertisements permitted?
   Yes. As long as your banner advertisement falls within the 200 x 200 dimension or 200 x 400 dimension, your banner advertisement is acceptable.
2. How many impressions per day can you deliver?
   The amount of banner impressions available per day varies greatly on the number of active spots in the system. Reasonably, you should expect at least 10,000 UNIQUE impressions daily.
3. Can I send traffic to URLs with popups / exit consoles / etc?
   No. Any banner advertisements sent to URLs with popups / exist consoles / auto installers / fake codecs / etc. will be frozen and removed from the system immediately.
4. What does views / clicks / CTR mean?
   Views are the number of 30 day unique impressions served. Clicks are the number of clickthroughs to your website. CTR is the clickthrough ratio (IE: 1000 views producing 10 clicks is a CTR of 1.0%).

Support Questions:

1. How do I submit a URL?
   You can submit a URL by clicking 'Step 1: Submit A URL' in your account. Submit your URL(s) and they will be approved within 12 to 24 hours.
2. How do I upload a banner?
   You can upload a banner by clicking 'Buy Spots' in your account. Once at the 'Buy Spots' page, click the link titled 'Upload Banner'. In the 'Upload Banner' window, simply select the URL that you wish the banner to direct to, enter a tag (or reference name), and upload your banner image. Remember, the banner image can be JPG / GIF, but it must be less than 120 KB.
3. How do I buy banner impressions?
   You can only buy banner impressions once you have a URL + banner approved in the system. Once you have them approved, you can buy impressions by clicking 'Buy Spots' in your account. Once at the 'Buy Spots' page you should see a list of your URLs that have banners available for use. Click 'Buy Traffic' beside the URL that you wish to purchase impressions to. In the popup window, click 'Buy Traffic' beside the approprate banner spot (Site + Dimensions). In the new popup window, select the banner (by tag / reference name) and enter the amount of impressions that you'd wish to purchase. Click 'Buy Traffic' and you're finished!
4. How do I change URLs?
   You can not change URLs. You can only submit new URLs.
5. How do I change banner advertisements?
   You can change banner advertisements by uploading a new banner and assigning it impressions from an existing banner. To do this you must first upload a new banner following the 'upload a banner' steps. Once a new banner is uploaded, you must reverse the order to your old banner. You can reverse an order by clicking 'Buy Spots' in your account. Once at the 'Buy Spots' page you should see a list of your URLs. Click 'Stats' beside the URL with the banner that you wish to assign traffic from. In the popup window, click 'Reverse' under the banner that you wish to stop traffic to. Once the order has been reversed you can now repeat the 'buy banner impressions' steps to assign your balance to the new banner advertisement.
